This clinic is a tragedy. Making an appointment is close to a miracle. The receptionists are nicer now, but until recently, it was a disaster. Doctors ignore what you say, and it's best to get rid of the patient as quickly as possible. There was a time when I considered taking legal action against the doctors for their behavior and negligence, which now causes significant health problems that could have been avoided. Overall, the care is poor.
Never want to help, struggling with intense pain in my apdomen for years ending up in the ER getting moaned why I haven't seen my GP when they refuse to do anything other than a blood test. Tried calling for 30 mins to no avail, just hangs up making me last in the call que ans nothing i can do about it other than be frustrated.
Moved to this practice from Murieston Medical Practice and really miss my old practice and the high quality of care and respect given. Very unfortunate that the quality of care you receive is a postcode lottery, really highlights the socioeconomic inequalities in healthcare.
It is very difficult to get through by phone to this surgery and to get a telephone consultation never mind an appointment is like gold dust and usually a week to two weeks away. However I felt I had to praise the receptionist I spoke to today who was so helpful. I can't thank her enough. She was genuinely caring so sorry I didn't get your namenThank you so much!
Absolutely ridiculous practice. Reception staff are rude and judgemental with patients and everyone is in a hurry to explain how they cannot help you. Doctors are arrogant and make you feel bad for your condition. Been with this practice for years and it's progressively getting worse. Shame on you, NHS
