No help when you need them, appointment system is very poor, can't get through on the phone at all. Scare away tactics used constantly with waiting time. Very bad experience with this surgery.
Took a day off work for an appointment doctor was supposed to call he never did spent 30 minutes on hold just to be told to keep waiting for the doctor to call Always had a terrible experience with doctors here they never listen and it’s close to impossible to get an appointment. There’s been days I’ve spent 40 minutes on hold just for them to say they have no appointments so call again tomorrow. I’d be quicker getting a medical degree and sorting myself out.
Have been here 20yrs and was a good surgery but know its a bit of a joke the perception team did not do there job properly they assumed my partner had some medication in the house so they did not give me what the hospitail discharge letter said plus he took his own medication into hospital with him who's are they to assume and he's was disgarhaged after open heart surgery Survey they must have system that when the doctor gives you a percription/sickness note it would automatically go to the front desk for pick up
Got sent home when having a heart attack. BP 195/93 normally 100/60. Never checked on hubby with severe parkinsonism.
Shocking doctor surgery. The worst attitude and lack of professionism unfortunately can't change practise. Needs closed down poor from nhs
Can't get through and when you do it's hard to see a doctor
Joke of a place lazy up helpful don't listen to a thing you say and haven't had a face to face appointment in over 2 years even tho asked to be seen as had all covid symptoms tested myself 5 6 days later was negative so don't know for definite but had all symptoms and still have symptoms like cough sore joints and muscles pain in chest and no energy been tried all the time and was trying to see about victims but these wastes of spaces don't listen so haven't got any victims
Been here 7 years, never ever did I experience any problems. Reception staff are always polite and helpful I am a great believer in treating staff with respect and you get the same in return and never any trouble with appointments. X
Only joined this practice five months ago and my son and I have had no problems at all. I work in a practice myself and understand how busy it always is. Great service from all the staff here.
Always very helpful and always all the staff are always doing their best to meet my needs. Thank you very much.
