I feel the other reviews on here are wholly unfair and this practice manages as best it can with the limited resources at its disposal. It may have escaped people's notice but the NHS in general is hugely underfunded and no NHS medical practice anywhere in the country has unlimited resources either to answer phones on the first ring, see patients at half an hour's notice or dole out drugs and prescriptions willy-nilly. My experience of this practice is for the most part positive; if I need an appointment I can get one the same day - albeit I have to ring first thing in the morning and keep trying till I eventually get through. I'm usually seen no later than maybe ten minutes after my appointment time and the doctors (and receptionists) are respectful, pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. So basically if you want to phone up and expect YOUR call (amongst the hundreds of others) to get through immediately or to phone at one o'clock in the afternoon and be seen the same day, you might be disappointed. Otherwise, all reasonable people will understand that they have a usable and dependable service, free at the point of use and will appreciate that everyone involved in the practice is doing the best he or she can with the resources available.

They never responded /answer then phone...been tried more than 100 times from couple of weeks... So funny Gp in uk

Terrible place!!!. Never any appointments available. At the reception, polite voice of Mr. inquire what happened and then say they do not have the space to the doctor at most doctor can call and investigate you through the handset, absolutely incredible way people research. Paracetamol and drink large amounts of water helps in 99.99% of all diseases of modern civilization. Sometimes it feels like a third world country ... If this is the case in the other GP Practice in W est Lothian best option is to visit the A / E at the hospital in which will certainly get help. What hurts me the most of every month for several years, will contribute to the NHS and only gets paracetamol and forgot to add knowledge Gp also gives a lot to think (I think that's the weather, and therefore Mr / Ms has pain :) :) :)). Thank you and I wish you all, first of all health !!!!!!Please add opinions to other GP practice in West Lothian, it will certainly help you in choosing the GP Practice. Thank you

Why when u call is it constantly engaged , then when it does eventually ring no one blinking answers!!!!!
