Lovely shop very expensive though on furniture. The sales staff are nothing but horrible, rude, miserable little witches! Especially the one who looks around 90 year old thar has smoked 100 fags per day and spat out 11 kids !!! turns out she's in her early 30s ! absolutely horrible miserable trout !

I find that I spend hours walking round what! Stores looking at all the different stuff some of it is good. Some of it is Cr@p. The tools are pretty okay from here and the furniture too.

Been for the first time today and won’t return. Looks like a giant warehouse, or a car boot within a building. Half the shelves were empty. They did have some good stock there, but you’d have to be shopping for something in particular to be getting the most out of the shop. Cashier girl seemed nice enough. No cash/card refund available, only exchange or credit note which has put me off ever coming back.

Very good experience with What. Ordered furniture there was given a delivery date which gave me time to sort my room out. . Had a phone call from the delivery men 20 mins before arrival. These two guys were absolutely marvellous unpacked the furniture gave me time to check it all overthrew were so thorough and meticulous in putting the furniture where we wanted. Nothing too much trouble for them. 10 out of 10.

Needed particular colour of paint. One easy phone call direct to store and speaking to a What colleague not a computer - paint sourced and reassured plenty in stock as delivery just taken.

Love this shop loads of things to choose from didn't know they had a garden centre too.

Wide range of goods, from furniture, rugs, lighting, to party favours, themed decorations, craft supplies, Christmas lights, decorations, grave lights and vases.

My go to for almost anything whether it be DIY, home wares, furniture, toiletrys, arts and crafts, birthday cards and balloons. They also have really good displays for Halloween and Christmas. They even have a garden centre too.
