Had 10 point check done in Halfords Caerphilly today.  Excellent customer service by Dylan.  Explained everything about checks carried out.  Lady driver not able to do these things myself.  Now have  peace of mind about tyres oil etc.  Would highly recommend and will take again in future.  Thank you.

took my car for a headlight change  the young man who tried to change it said he couldnt do it as i looked into my bonnet i noticed a piece was missing i said to him you broke my car he kept saying he didntni said well where is the part he said it came off and doesnt know where it was  but he kept repeating  its not broke. well it is if it came off and its not supposed  tonwhen i went home i looked again and realised  that the bumper isnt sitting rightnand a bit of the part is under the bit he screwed  onnnyet he kept saying he didnt break it wich he clearly  did  as i have it booked in to another garage to fixnni did phone halfords and they said the manager of the store would ring me back  the same day but they did notnnrang halford again they said manager would get back to me agai. but still nothing from them  againnni have tried numerous  attempts on phone and on chat but nothing has been resolved
