I've recently bought a pre-owned Xbox 1 from your caerphilly store for my son for Christmas and upon opening it Christmas Day the was no controller in the box. I rang the contact number on the receipt to confirm if a controller should be included, the contact number didn't work. I rang a contact number I found online and was in a queue for around 40 minutes, however the lady I eventually spoke to who was polite advised it should of been included and I need to take it up with the store. She provided the correct number for the store and the gentleman I spoke to didn't apologise and was rather abrupt as if I was lying and told me to bring the receipt to the store and they'll try and resolve it. I arrived at the store today and the level of customer service I received was appalling, I informed the store assistant that the Xbox was bought as a Christmas gift and that it upset my 4 year old son he couldn't use it on Christmas Day and the sentiment of the gift was lost. There was no apology he walked away and spoke to someone out the back, returned and said we'll give you a free preowned Xbox controller, I replied that I was informed it wasn't free and that we already paid for it but it wasn't provided in the box, he then back tracked on his claim and said "well here it is now" as we didn't receive a apology I confronted him on this and even informed him that the gentleman I spoke to yesterday was also rude, his reply was "well you need to understand it was boxing Day and we were busy" and I said "so customer service goes out the window on boxing Day?" His reply was "your just being arsey". At no moment was I "arsey" and just illustrated that the level of service we received was below par and that a Christmas gift which was for Christmas had lost its sentiment and at no point have we even been issued a apology. At that moment we took the controller but I can confirm that I will never shop at game caerphilly again, the level of service the was appalling, not to mention there was another disgruntled customer right next to us who also confirmed the level she's recieved was dismal. Being made out to be a liar and called arsey when I've had to take over a hours drive out of my day to correct a mistake made within the store is beyond acceptable.

Went into game with my fiance to enquire about fifa 18 which he can pick up tomorrow. The attitude that the guy gave us was disgusting I am appalled at the customer service that they give. They don't care about losing customers obviously. It feels like they just can't be bothered to do their job properly. This is the 3rd time we have been in and had disgusting attitude of all of the staff. Including one time the alarm went of as I Walked out I got told to come back in which is fine I haven't got nothing to hide but they took my bag out of my hands took it out the back of the store where I could not see what they were doing also WITHOUT MY CONSENT! Every time I go into this store I come out furious and upset.

Staff are nice enough, prices are what you would expect but trade-ins and sell prices are terrible.

Terrible store rip you off tell you lies just to make a sale and that's by the store manager don't waste your time or your money go to any of the supermarkets in Caerphilly and get there same items way way cheaper

Had to re-write this review after today's service. 22nd July 17 around mid day it was diabolical. Came in to purchase a few things for some gifts took over 50 minutes in the que staff being extremely slow, there was an open check out and members of staff walking around the back, one customer was getting so aggravated she called then out on the poor service, 50 minutes to serve is a really long time
