Very poor customer service! Went to return an item and there was a lady in front of me and staff could not find her order for collection so the lady told the male staff to serve me instead and he replied: she has a return can do that later!! So while there were 3 members of staff helping this lady no one could assist me with my return ?!!!other two members of staff were also very busy texting on their mobile phones, finally the useless man that didn't want to assist me finally did ! Could see it was a bother to do his job !! Like customers bothering him, imagine that !
So many different diy specialists around but b&Q offer the best ranges for all diy needs. Not just for amateurs but also professionals which is evident with their trade points. Not only a vast range of products but varying price ranges. A number of occasions I needed help and guidance which I have always received. The knowledge of the staff is extensive and some what reassuring. Recently signed up to the B&Q club card which gave me £5 off my transaction. I really wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Clean and tidy. Good selection and well laid out. The staff were friendly and happy.
Everything you need, staff are helpful. Currently renovating a new house so we visit quite often!
