Up till now happy with the company but was told that the sink and vanity unit would be in on the Wednesday however today thursday nothing. The plumber has turned up today to fit the item. So I rang the company to see what was going on. They could not tell me when items were in but just said the fitters would have to fit another day. Not good enough Tile & Bath co
Let down badly, delivery 12 weeks after being told 2-4. Then when there was a crack found in the tray I was told I should have checked the tray sooner even though the tray had been safely stored and only when the plastic cover was removed the crack was noticeable. Never use the company again.
They have a really good choice of tiles and the staff are very helpful . The price i paid was the best I could find in the local area. To cap it off, I broke 4 tiles as I unloaded them at home, I rung them up to enquire about buying single tiles to replace them and was very pleased when they offered to just replace them at no cost. I’ll definitely shop there again
This store is brilliant, the staff are very friendly and helpful they really go the extra mile to help. I have purchased tiles and bathrooms in the past and never had a problem with anything, they are always my first port of call and I always find them very competitive in price, well worth a visit.

This was our second visit to the Caerphilly Store . So much to choose from , great quality tiles and bathrooms. I must say the staff there are so helpful , informative and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Russell and Colin you are a credit to your Company. We would definitely purchase from you again.
They have quite a good range of tiles to suit a variety of budgets and their bathroom showroom is really worth seeing. Staff were polite and helpful. Our tile order came within a week and we were able to re-order loose tiles easily. Thanks!
Russell and Justine are amazing. They are so helpful, can't do enough for you. The who experience of purchasing my bathroom suite and tiles was effortless with your help, even as far as the delivery men. Highly recommended would not look anywhere else.
