This place is exceptionally convenient, situated right slap bang in the middle of the town centre. Prices are good, and there's a large selection (mainly frozen foods - it's an Iceland after all!). However, there is a small fresh range which is handy. However, despite the quality being decent, prices being very good, and the location being very handy, I can't give this store more than a 3, because of the staff here. They are some of the rudest, most ignorant retail workers I've ever come across. No manners, never any offer to help, stand around chatting instead of serving, using mobile phones, the list goes on and on. Sort them out and I'll be in more often! Until then, I'll go out of my way and use Morrison's.

Great food at great prices, also the customer service was excellent (blond lady short hair in her late 30s) pontypridd s.wale, visit was around 1pm on the 9/3/18

I'm very pleased with Iceland shop.i couldn't manage without their delivery service.i do not drive or own a car. So it's a good shop.

Great place to shop (especially when the deals are there) because it costs next to nothing to fill a freezer or two, the parking is just down the road which is a pay and display and often visited by a traffic warden. Highly recommended.

I'm new to Iceland and pleasantly surprised at the low prices and bargains. Great selection of both fresh and frozen food including vegetables.
