Unscheduled stop on the way to Edinburgh, due to partner not feeling well. Had a lovely overnight stay, rooms are lovely and cosy, bar is nice. Would stay again as a stop over for the lakes.

Classy place and luxurious rooms. But both my wife and I were woken up at 7am from the maid cleaning rooms and slamming the doors behind her, she preceded to do this throughout the morning. Very disturbing. Wouldn't return.

Not your usual motorway service station hotel, in a good way. Excellent!!!

Large comfortable room in great location - close to M6 but any noise in room is barely noticeable Evening meal was wonderful with great food and attentive service. Breakfast was buffet based and somewhat disappointing. Bedroom had a very comfy.king size bed, 2 tables and comfortable chairs. Views from windows were across country. Contemporary looking bar and restaurant with patrons sat viewing the large picture windows Great place to stop to break up a long journey in a hotel a nitch above the Premier Inn/Travel Lodge fare
