Don't agree with previous reviews regarding receptionists. They've always been helpful and polite to me and very apologetic when unable to help. They're stuck working with a rather poor system unfortunately. All the staff have always been helpful and friendly, however it is let down by horrendous service in general due to a lack of staff, technology (ie check in screen) not working, inability to get an appointment and a horrendous phone system. For example, on "hold" with the terrible automated system for over half an hour, when I finally got through I was informed there was only one appointment left for the day, I phoned bang on 8 when they opened. Clearly a problem here.

There lucky they got a star at all from me its so unfair that receptionists let the whole surgery down so badly building is great Drs are fab all medical staff are great but unfortunately the first port of call are those bloody minded receptionists and it leaves you feeling cold intimidated and frustrated so by time your seen its affected your mood. Retraining is desperately needed for customer services there all so rude standoffish lazy not welcoming at all as for a smile wow not seen one yet only sour faces I've watched people in the que frightened to ask anything. So if u join like me and get passed the hierarchy robots at the reception you be ok 🤢drs and others very friendly.

This surgery told my mum that she would have to wait one month before she could see a GP. My mum died of undiagnosed terminal cancer before she got that chance. Well done, Westcourt.

I had it rated higher, but seems like, winter is coming, so no one really likes to do anything, i was happy there first, but i am slowly changing my mind,to much happening there for me to be disappointed in the doctors at least

The doctors are great nurses are great, receptionists are rude, I most likely will be coming in to get a complaint form. Not the first time I've been let down by your receptionists!
