I have been using this doctors surgery with my family for many years and in the past it has had problems. Long delays on the phone, hard to book appointments, some time receptionists have been rude. But this has been balanced with some very nice doctors who have been very nice especially in later years. Could do better but its okay.

Absolutely disgusting doctors surgery, my nan was a patient. Towards the end of her life she struggled to leave the house, I rang up and was met with hostility. Receptionist wanted to know what I wanted them to do! Let's see I am telling you my nan can't physically make it to your surgery and needs to see a doctor, was told doctor couldn't make it to her, and that her 94 year old failing body should come to them. The best I got was a phone call from the doctor who again asked me what I wanted her to do. Well I don't know perhaps do your job and give a dam. Sadly she died, I rang the surgery probably 10 minutes later to request a doctor to come out and verify her death, this was at 14:00 On a Friday, no doctor came, no doctor rang. Finally 9 hours after her death a district nurse came out and did the job for us. It took several phone calls to 111 and one call to get the job that courtyard surgery should have done for us finished. I strongly advise anyone seeking a surgery to avoid courtyard. They need a complete overhaul they need to train their staff in compassion and empathy, the doctors get paid enough to have made that one final house call for her but instead we were left in limbo. Before you come up with your pathetic excuses as to why I shouldn't feel upset or hurt, you can train a monkey to pick up a phone, there is no excuse as to why anyone of your doctors didn't ring us and explain why they couldn't come out and verify her death. Disgusting!

Booking an emergency appointment is very difficult.Waited in the phone for 50 mins.Minimum waiting perioud is 25 min.

I’m on pay as you go & when calling l’ve used up all my credit &10 usually & still not been able to talk to anyone,l have mentioned this but to no avail & in all truth you give up.

Phoned to make an appointment gave up at 21 min holding on. So your call is not that important!
