Having just changed surgeries due to a move, I can't praise this surgery enough for my diabetic 1 daughters care today with the receptionist and the diabetic nurse. Thank you. It's good to know you are there for her.

The Nurses are very kind and gentle. I am somewhat apprehensive but I got a really good experience. Cheers especially to Colette.

It is one of the best! I have been with this practice for 35 years, so have been a patient as a young Mum, a mature woman and now a little older! Like all public services, this practice has good and bad aspects, but overall, the caring ethos and efficient systems have been maintained i.e. that patient care is paramount. There has been much modernisation through the years; I really like the online facilities, but have never had a problem with a doctor calling me directly if my symptoms seem urgent.

A nightmare to get hold of with one line that is always busy. When you do get through you get promised a call from a doctor but they don't book it in so no call. Then when eventually you get told a time they will call you they do not fulfil that time causing you to miss the call. Then you have to ring them back which you get the busy line again. Absolutely a farcical of a doctors surgery
