The management of this surgery is unorthodox but everyone does their job well. Clerical staff are clearly following strict rules when dealing with customers and performing administration, as the management have clearly decided that this is the only way to run a practice efficiently. This does not mean it is run well, however. I now don't bother to phone for an appointment as visiting in person appears to be the only way to achieve this if you need to see a doctor urgently. Clearly this isnt an option for most people and thrir appoinyment booking service defibitely needs addressing. The adjacent pharmacy is excellent and well-stocked.

The service is awful, there is no answering service, so literally need to call all morning trying to get through and when it does ring, it will ring straight for 5 mins with no answer. And there are rarely appointments available, if you are so lucky to speak to someone.

Awful surgery. I have rang 15 times in an hour to make an appointment and have not been able to speak to anyone.

Always helpful and quick with appointments. Both nurses and doctors are friendly and given they must see thousands of patients every year, they come across as genuinely interested in your well-being.
