Worst GPs in Lancing (and that's quite an accolade). two bungalows converted into a 'surgery' which is a deathtrap that has been reported to Health & Safety and doctors foreign, incompetent and part time. nurses obese and incompetent too. Would give zero stars if possible!

My Nana is a patient of yours and recently came in after receiving a letter which she found confusing. She hasn't gone online and sometimes feels out the loop and when the letter referred to ",com" she didn't know what to do! Your staff reassured her that she wasn't the only one and there were plenty of people in the same boat at her. They helped her with everything and she said it made her day. Thank you for looking after her - she's a special lady.
