OVERACTIVE BLADDER I have attended acupuncture three times with Dr Iwona Pogoda and had a very positive experience. My overeractive bladder condition deteriorated after recurring cystitis and the spasms with incontinence were depressing part of my life. In the past, a long time ago, I had some improvement in my condition after acupuncture sessions and taking some herbs. My recent visit to Dr Pogoda was very relaxing and the warm and very professional approach, combined with her medical knowledge was a bonus. The sessions helped me so much that, because Dr Iwona was an-available for few weeks, I went to a different acupuncturist to continue the good effect. The two other sessions with a different person were not successful. I am now waiting for Dr Pogoda to continue her practice and hope that my improvement will continue.

I have been always curious about the concept of cosmetic acupuncture as a form of facial rejuvenation. I chose Dr Iwona as she has great experience in various forms of cosmetic acupuncture and I have already attended six sessions with her. I've had various treatments including relaxing acupuncture as well as facial acupuncture and have very much enjoyed each session. I found all treatments very relaxing and can see real improvements in my complexion and facial muscle looking more toned. I would recommend Dr Iwona as facial acupuncturist to my friends and family without any hesitation.

I've been suffering of terrible migraines for years. I’ve been on tons of medications and have been monitored by neurologists and it felt like no one could help. That was until I met Dr Pogoda. I’ve gone to her about five times now and I’m already beginning to feel better! I feel the best I have in nearly a year! Dr Pogoda' calming nature and soft touch makes you feel relax. Her treatment room is nice and relaxing and you are surrounded by the beautiful nature outside her office.She listens to your problems, is very professional and is always happy to help. I feel with a few more visits, I can definitely be back to my normal self once again! A fantastic place the best advice and treatment that I've ever had. Would definitely recommend to a friend or family member.

I love coming for my acupuncture treatment in this serene, beautiful location. Trained in both Western and Eastern medicine, the lovely Dr Pogoda fuses traditional practice with modern science. I would thoroughly recommend treatment here to everybody.

Iwona is a wonderful therapist. Her skills at acupuncture are beyond compare. I have been very poorly and always feel so much better after one of Iwona's acupuncture therapies. She is excellent and fully deserves 5 out of 5. Highly recommended.
