I don't write reviews, but my experience at H and H was awesome. Moktar was so easy to work with. I really appreciated the care he took into addressing my concerns and how he went out of his way to expedite my repair. He was really patient with all my questions and my Audi is looking great! I hope to not have issues with my car again, but if I do, I'll be headed here
Agreed a price for car with written agreement this would include some minor body work repairs at a date that suited in the future. Have since tried booking this in several times via text and endless calls to Hassan. No response. Appalling service, they never had any intention of doing the agreed works. Also not received the change of ownership log book yet. Would never deal with this unprofessional outfit again. You've let yourself down massively. Still considering small claims action!
Best customer service ever! Will definitely be doing business with you guys again. I went to H&H first to get my old car fixed which they did! After seeing the amazing collection of cars they have I decided to get a new car. And it was the best choice ever as everything was so smooth and easy you you can basically do everything at one place in one day. They bought my old car got me an amazing range rover for one of the cheapest prices in the market and got all the necessary done in that day. Thanks H&H team! You are the best!
My car was returned late with the wrong colour bumper fitted?? They said it was up to me what I wanted to do, I wanted it repairing to an acceptable standard they then gave me a date to collect and re-spray to match the trim on the boot. again they did not collect when they said they would! after missing their collection dates that they gave me, i phoned them several times again I received an impressive sigh from the receptionist when a asked for a guarantee that they would collect on time this time! They eventually collected my car and said it will be returned in 1 day. After 2 days and several hours late they eventually dropper my car off. The surprise this time was that, not only did the re spray not match the rest of my car's trim they had sprayed the boot trim to match the bumper. Overall an appalling bodge very frustrating and still not repaired 4 weeks on. I am now onto the insurance company to rectify this problem. I advise to steer clear!!
Brilliant customer service from Hasan .Great salesman and he wasn't pushy at all, no hard sales pitch and generally very pleasant to deal with. Fantastic all-round, friendly, informative, flexible, nothing was a problem. Truly great experience from first contact having seen the car on the website to eventually purchasing it online due to Covid-19, Klem made it all very easy. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car from H and H .
I contacted them about fixing my Benz 10 Plate with broken wing mirror Full Polish and they were fantastic from start to finish. All of the staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. They even dropped me off at work when I took my car in to be fixed. I would most certainly use them again and will be recommending them to friends and family.
I purchased a VW polo last week. I can recommend H&H, Merchant they really care and have been helpful from start to finish. Great customer service, friendly and honest guys
Went to purchase a car at H& H merchant ltd today, was absoloutley shocked with the level of customer service which was provided. Staff were extreamly friendly and patient whilst i inspected theor vehicle. I was also offered a 14 days drive away insurance as part of my deal. Really appreciate the work done there and will be back for my next car in the future Ahmed
One star it's very generous for These cowboys who make my life miserable after accident I decided to pass my car in them hands for repair I received the car with fog on the rest of the panels from the painting and burnt multimedia I am driving Audi A6 also inside the interior was full with white powder from the sanding of panels which they supposed to replace rather than put filler just covered the impact with a different colour paint which you can see on a nice sunshine day. Don't trust the cowboys run as fast as you can from there.
Very poor service, rude, unprofessional and best avoided, they appear to be a quality outfit until you actually see their premises, the building in the picture is nothing to do with this garage it's just where they park cars to take pictures they operate out of a spray shop around the rear of the building. I waited hours to meet the salesmen after agreeing a time to view the car, I did buy the car but the more I looked into it the more I found wrong, bits of interior missing and damaged, wheels were very poor condition, mot is short and wasn't willing to put a new 12 month mot on it, claimed to provide drive away insurance over the phone but said they couldn't when I bought the car and to top it all off I still havent received my logbook after a month so they clearly didn't send it to the dvla and now I have to apply for one myself. The one thing I will say is that car has been so far touch wood very good despite the little faults I found after buying it, but this a compliment to the previous owner who looked after it and not this garage.
