Excellent experience purchasing a car from Global Cars in December 2017 a few days before Christmas. Our initial email requests for information about the car such as the VIN were answered immediately and politely by Emma. My mother and I travelled from Wales and were collected by a smiling Claudia and her colleague at Harlesden Tube Station and taken to the company's second showroom at Abbeydale Road where the car was located. After the test drive, Claudia handled the paperwork, and then, knowing I was unfamiliar with London roads after dark, she and her colleague guided us to the nearest petrol station in their own car before then guiding us to the start of the A40 for the M25 and M4 back to Wales. My mother is delighted with the purchase and since Christmas she has liaised several times by phone over insurance issues (unrelated to any car problem or Global Cars) and has found Claudia extremely courteous and helpful.

Joseph and Steve were awesome!!!. Very friendly and honest about the car we were interested in. We had a very good experience vehicle shopping at Global Cars. Joseph and Stephen were very helpful and courteous. We are very pleased with our vehicle and wanted to say "Thank you!"

My dad found a Mercedes s class with these guys and he has had a fantastic service from start to finish. Joseph and Steve have been incredibly helpful and have always been on hand to take calls and queries, very happy with all communication and I would be happy to use them again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Another cowboy used car dealer flogging bottom tier quality auction purchases with major flaws on unsuspecting buyers with zero after sales service. The positive reviews are fakes. They admitted so themselves. Reported them to trading standards who are currently investigating and will be shutting them down.

Pleasant experience. Very helpful and understanding. The after sale experience has been great. No fuss no preasure to complete a sale. They offered me every available option within my budget. A big thank you!
