I recently purchased a Peugeot RCZ from Junction 17 Cars. The service and support given by them has been excellent. The car being a 2013 model is 9 years old but given the cars age had very complete service history. I travelled a long way to them as these are quite rare especially in the Auto version so was hoping it would be as described. It was good one scuff on an alloy but that wasn't going to stop me buying and the items I had requested be done beforehand had been as requested; a service being due and drivers seat refurb. I was dealing mainly with the office pre collection and Shola and Leonie were both really helpful. Micky was the salesperson who handled the purchase and all was swift and good. I did a brief test drive and was happy.  On route back to Dorset I stopped on route and it was then I noticed a slight jerk when going from Drive to Reverse while parking. I hadn't noticed this at the time of my test drive but the gear box wasn't really warmed up enough. I gave it a couple of days incase it was just a temporary issue. It wasn't so I contacted Junction 17 and discussed my concern about it. They were understanding and suggested I take it to a local main dealer for their opinion. I duly booked it in for a Diagnostic at Peugeot in Dorchester who said a Gearbox oil change would hopefully clear up the issue. This was due for this to be done at this mileage. They gave me a cost which I passed onto Junction 17 cars and they gave me the go-ahead to proceed and settled the account directly.  I am delighted to say it cured the issue with the RCZ and I am mega happy with this stunning and rare car. The true judge of an honest dealership is when you have a problem with a vehicle and how they handle the problem. They excelled especially not making me travel all the way back from Dorset to Peterborough to get the work done... which they are entitled to do so. So I thank them for that. On another note while the diagnostic was being done it included a health report and the car is as clean as a whistle which given its age and 72,000 miles is brilliant to know. A great little car and a good used car dealership so would deffo recommend anyone to buy a car from them.. and they have some really amazing cars too!!

I purchased a car from here on Thursday. My experience was exemplary from start to finish. Mitch went above and beyond to get me a good deal, he was really knowledgeable about the spec of the vehicle and grasped exactly what I wanted. Darren went out of his way to sort the finance, Jamie the workshop manager made sure the car was prepped and ready for me to collect, and other members of the staff I met were friendly. I purchased the perfect car from the perfect place! Would highly recommend this is the place to go for a new car.

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang from Junction 17 cars and my experience was absolutely amazing. The whole team was extremely professional, kind and courteous and always very willing to help. I Dealt personally with Tom, who is a very down to earth person, passionate about cars and about making sure you find the right motor for you, which he did brilliantly, ensuring the deal was was perfect for both parties. Tom has since contacted me checking in on how the car is going and making to I still loved it which I do. I would definitely return to junction 17 cars in the future. I bought a car from junction 17 last month and I was very impressed with Charlie the salesman he is young and this took me off guard at the start but I have to say he was very helpful and very informative. He took me through the whole process and explained everything that would happen in detail. I was very unsure of the “prep pack” but once explained I understood why this was charged as they replaced £450 worth of brake disks and pads for me! The showroom is full of amazing vehicles, I only bought an Audi q5 but he treated me as if I was buying a Ferrari! I had a coffee made for me and I was also offered biscuits, I know this is silly to add but it really made me feel at home and calmed my experience. I purchased a platinum pack, this contained a 3 year warranty, ceramic coating with a 4 stage polish and a tracker!! I have to say he projected these products very well and I’m very happy I purchased them! My warranty has already been in contact with my own personal agent to contact and my ceramic coating just looks absolutely amazing!! Overall my experience was definitely a 5 star and I will be going back again! Thankyou junction 17 and Charlie!!

I purchased a car from here early November time. I have nothing but good things to say about the place from start to finish. Charlie tried his upmost hardest to get me a good deal on my car and warranty package and that’s exactly what he did! He was really helpful when answering all my questions about the spec of the car and information I wanted for it. When I came to collect the car, it was prepped and exactly what I was hoping for, other members of the staff I met were very friendly. I purchased the perfect car from the perfect place! Purchased a Golf R in august. On purchase I mentioned I would love the wheels sprayed gloss black and Junction 17 offered to get them done for me at a cost. One day before collecting the car I rang to see if the car was ready and cleaned after I’d spent £600 for them to ceramic wax the car. I was then told the car wasn’t even cleaned yet or the wheels sprayed. I picked up the car the next day at midday because the morning wasn’t then suitable for Junction 17 because it wasn’t ready as promised. Collected the car the clean and valet on the car was no where near £600 I could have cleaned it better myself, the wheels were sprayed and looked great. 1 month down the line all of the paint on the wheels started to peel off so I rang and spoke to Jamie who sarcastically blamed me for the wheels and said “I don’t know how your cleaning them”. All this seems a massive coincidence considering the wheels weren’t painted until the morning of collection. 6 months down the line Junction 17 and Jamie don’t return emails or phone calls and blame a customer who paid 20+k for a car £600 for a valet and extra for wheels to be painted. The customer service at this company is awful and unprofessional. All I wanted was the problem rectified but I got sarcasm and blamed for their dodgy paint job.

I wish I'd have read more reviews before making the 90 minute trip, to be disappointed within 90 seconds!  The car advertised looked beautiful in the pictures, sadly when we had arrived, we found it looking below average with 3 scuffed alloys.  I went in to the showroom and wasn't greeted by anyone, I casually looked around the area at the cars and had to find my own salesperson. I was booked in with Mitch but he didn't really seem to care I was there, handed me the keys and let me have a look around the car.  Apparently the car had recently been serviced but the in car screen didn't show it, also showed it needed oil! When I asked Mitch about it, he said they much have forgot to do it. We also asked about the alloys being scuffed and not advertised, he said they wouldn't do anything about it, the car was a good price and pretty much take it or leave it.  After politely handing the keys back and thanking Mitch for his time, he soon retracted his alloy statement and said he'd ask if there was something they could do.  We went in and sat while Mitch asked the question! When he came back, he said they would do it for us and then proceeded to talk about warranty, the only thing he seemed to care about.  Drink machine wouldn't work because the drip tray was full and needed emptying.  I glorified garage who I will be telling all to stay clear of.

I received absolutely amazing service. I reserved the car and it was kept for me for the agreed period. My car dealer was Mitch. He patiently took me through the process. I purchased the car. Whilst waiting for it to be checked, I was offered something to drink. The service was just overall amazing. I highly recommend Junction 17. Thank you so much Mitch!

I was looking for a new car and came across one from junction 17.  From the beginning they were helpful and explained everything to me as we were on the phone- I then booked in to view the car and as I could only come late and with it being dark and they brought the car inside the showroom so I could see it properly. Due to them being quite far from my house away and me not being comfortable driving home in a brand new car we asked if they were able to deliver this to me- this was sorted no hassle by Mitch and I was so greatful!  He has been amazing from start to finish-even down to messaging me when it was convenient time to call me knowing I was at work. He explained everything to me in detail and there was no pressure to get the car right from the get go. Everything was explained clearly and in depth and I felt as if there were no hidden costs and surprises when my invoice to pay came across to me. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
