I visited a few places in the search of a bathroom, Gary and his team were by far the most engaging and helpful and came up with some cracking ideas. He provided 3 quotes (good, better, best) to help us with finances and spec. Gary also sent this great personalised video emails to keep us up to speed with the process which was a very nice touch.

Unfortunately, the first fitter we had was awful and caused an enormous amount of stress. Eventually we asked him to remove both himself and his tools. We were left with no bath, shower or flushing loo! And there is only one toilet in the house. After a full and frank meeting with Gary, his top fitters came on the job and the job was completed. However, I think the project work could be much better managed with Gary getting involved and calling the shots instead of us pushing to get things done (I might add in this period Gary was ill). And this was an error in the entire project. But to be fair, Gary in the end, pushed things through, and the bathroom although not quite the one of our dreams was fulfilled. To sum up a good company and excellent workmanship but be prepared to keep on top of things.

Superb end result. Not the cheapest or the fastest, but did a very thorough and professional job designing and installing my new bathrooms - they now look great. Also worth noting, their after sales service has been outstanding - we had a couple of small items that needed seeing to after the renovations were completed and Gary & his team resolved them without hesitation.

With no personal recommendations we relied on internet reviews to find someone to refurbish our bathroom and I'm glad we did because it brought us to Gary. We didn't have a 'vision' in mind; Gary was very patient taking us through the options and making suggestions. His people did a fantastic job not just putting in the new bathroom but refurbishing the old room as well while he kept a close eye on things and made sure we were always happy with the progress. The end result is that we have a fantastic bathroom and master bedroom at an excellent price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely fantastic bathroom, fitted by experts who are all professional, friendly and helpful. From the design to completion the customer experience is second to none. Any questions were dealt with quickly and I was kept in the loop all the time. Even when an unexpected incident occurred, the problem was fixed without fuss and without any pressure on the customer. I would unreservedly recommend Gary, Martin and the team to anyone who is looking to have a new bathroom. Thanks, guys.
