I have a special fondness for this particular B&Q, especially during the arrival of Spring. They offer an incredible assortment of flowers and gardening equipment that truly delights me. The flowers are consistently fresh, and I can tell that the dedicated team takes great care of the plants and blooms. The shop itself is always clean and well-organized, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The staff members are incredibly helpful and readily available whenever I need assistance. Overall, my experience at this B&Q is always positive, thanks to the wide selection of flowers, the well-maintained store, and the attentive and friendly staff.
Great experience at the Watford store. Trevor on the wood cutting machine was amazing, he looked at my poorly drawn plans and knew exactly what I needed and cut everything to perfection. Definitely made my bank holiday project easier.
We had a fantastic experience and customer service here! After the closing time, Ben was extremely kind and considerate and helped us to get the trade point card with the 5% discount. We went for a big purchase, a very nice staff - Miss EBI - gave us lots of good ideas on how to save money. At the pay point, Ben again patiently helped us complete our purchase. We are ver grateful for their service and look forward to coming again. Thank you to both of them!
Had a jaunt to B&Q in Watford and it's the bee's knees, I tell ya! They've got everything under the sun, a proper Aladdin's cave for DIY gear. Prices? You won't be shelling out an arm and a leg – they're fair dinkum. But here's the clincher: their returns policy is as easy as pie, no mucking about. If you're in a pickle with your home projects, B&Q Watford's the place to hit up. Trust me, it’s a belter of a shop!
Lee & G were really helpful with questions regarding paint and painting 3 rooms. Thanks gents for taking the time to explain a few bits to me whilst you were both quite busy.
