Absolutely terrible customer service. We bought a loft ladder, got it home and realised the instructions and fixings were missing. B&Q staff completely useless at fixing this issue. Other ladder on the shelf had the same parts missing. After my husbands second trip to b&q they have now stated we had to reorder another ladder and pay for it again! click and collect so go back again tomorrow for the third time to collect it, and then bring the other one back for a refund. Completely useless. We will be returning the item for a full refund and buying a different loft ladder from a different company elsewhere as do not want to spend another pound in this awful store

Incredibly unhelpful staff - with a terrible 'computer says no' attitude. I bought tiles from there and 50% in the pack were broken. I asked whether they could offer any assistance in delivering more tiles (I'd pay) via next day delivery and they cover delivery cost as gesture of good will - "Computer says no". Go elsewhere for better customer service and better quality of products

Unhelpful staff. Just went to return a part from a kitchen. I didn't have my order number so asked I the customer service person (called mia) if she could get my details from the database - she told me that would be impossible as she'd need to look through millions of orders, I suggest she filter by my address and she told me that would break consumer protection rights. I'd suggest going to wickes for better customer service and quality products

Had an absolutely terrible experience with my kitchen fit. Kitchen team were semi-responsive with my issues until they received full payment then they weren’t so helpful and would often take a week or so to respond and even then contradict what they had originally said. I was on a number of occasions lied to by th store Kitchens manager. Planning was poor, communication was sporadic, customer service lacked any ownership and the follow up issues from both the store and Home fit team were not deal with to a satisfactory standard, therefore the resolution was poor.

I coming at 6:45from 20 mile to buy 2 pice of mdf ! And surprise when i whant to cut i stay 20 min and after they tel mee sory is seek the cuter man come at 9 ! Ohh relly he hill be fine in 2 hour ! One day befor no man to the sow ! In that case whay you have the sow ?! Very disappointed!
