It's a shame there products are very good but customer service is SHOCKING!!! I am APPALLED at the service provided. We have waited the best part of half a day waiting for our delivery. No time was narrowed or any notice that delivery will not be taking place. When we complained to customer service the best was an apology and to wait longer for the delivery with no time given. Shocked this is happening with the amount of technology now available with other companies and delivery services. John Lewis - sort out your service! You make millions a year from people trusting and buying your products!

I shop a lot at John Lewis Watford. I bought a jumper from there that did not have a ticket on it when I paid. So they scanned the ticket of a different sized jumper in the same style that I'd bought to the till. When I returned the jumper they refused to take it back as the size did not match the receipt. Despite complaining they would not take the jumper back. I am an 80 year old woman who finds it difficult to try on at the store which is why I was returning it as I tried it on at home. The department Manager was so rude to me and accused me of buying it elsewhere. I have always found the service at John Lewis to be good before this so was very upset and let down.

Fabulous visit to the Fashion Stylists in Women's fashions today. Gaby was so helpful. I needed evening wear and Gaby managed to find me two perfect dresses. So happy with the service - will definitely use again. Thank you Gaby!
