We like the product so much because it has modern style above average quality. The sizes are well fitting. Jon at the shop was very helpful to chose the fabric: Delivery guys were professionals.
I wish i can give zero star. Never consider buying sofas from this place , staff is very rude. I went to see sofa and was much interested in brick sofas , was first given price £ 13000 without discount and then before i walked out from the store they reduced it to £9800 . I called John store manager and he agreed to give it for £9000 but gave me time limit saying Monday evening. I called on Tuesday morning and I was told you didn’t call on Monday so can not offer £9000 any more it is £9600 now , today i called again to see any boxing day sale , lady answered and spoke to john because he was aware that I am the same lady on the phone who was interested in Brick sofas , he replied saying now it is £9800 . They make up their price anyhow they want . Stay away and read the other reviews before considering to buy it from this place .
Exceptional customer service from the staff, especially Linda and Jon. Great quality and amazing selection of exclusive sofas. Would defo recommend to family and friends.
We had excellent service from Linda. The furniture is really high quality and the staff were very helpful and knowlegable. We had time, space and help to make our decision. We were guided through options and felt we were being helped to find the sofa that meets our needs and our budget, there was no pressure or upselling. A really positive experience. There is a long lead time on delivery, but we feel that has been clearly communicated to us in an upfront way. We know how to get in touch if we need to and what to expect regarding communications during manufacture and delivery. We are really looking forward to getting our lovely sofas.
I've had an excellent experience with Natuzzi Watford. John was super helpful when we went to the shop to choose sofas, a coffee table and mirrors, which we ordered. Delivery was within the specified timeframe and was very efficient, delivery drivers were excellent. I've just re-visited the shop and ordered side tables. Again, I found John to be very helpful. I highly recommend Natuzzi Watford for the superb Italian contemporary furniture and for the super service I received.
Fantastic selection of sofa and dining set, not for everyone though due to it's quality and price. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. Came to know the ethical and sustainable business approach adopted by the company for leather sourcing and processing. If the information given is true, it's amazing. Very happy with service provided by the entire team at late weekend evening
Sadly couldn’t give this place negative stars, the worst outfit I have ever done business with in the 44 years of my life. Sofa now 2.5+ months delayed. The sales person in the shop did a great job on my wife and me, great at selling very very bad at delivering. I advise anyone thinking of buying a sofa from Natuzzi to go elsewhere.
I highly recommend Natuzzi Watford for the superb Italian contemporary furniture and for the super service I received.
Awful company in terms of delivery time, communications and after 9 months waiting for our sofas and mirrors. They got the wrong mirror for us. After so many calls and ask for update on delivery had one of the staffs shouting at me. Sofas good quality but unfortunately they don't know how to look after customer. Ordered sofas beginning of Oct 2021 and just received our sofa and a wrong mirror in June! Shocking!! And very disappointed.
Linda was super helpful. Spent 30/40 minutes with us despite no sofa being bought in the end. Very knowledgeable and supportive member of staff.
