Took my parents to get a new mattress cause of their back and hip pains. Chris is the best salesman ever. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to show us several mattresses and explained the benefits and how they were made. He helped us make the best decision. My dad said his hips felt better after testing out the mattress Chris recommended. Excellent service and fantastic products. My sister is coming back to shop for her new apartment
I went into the store today. Had a great chat with one of the salesmen. On telling him that I was going to have a think about the sofa I was looking at and discuss with my husband I asked him if I could order online. He went on to give me some story that the company no longer take orders online and that I had to do it in store - something about colours online looking different and wanting people to come in and sit on the sofa which of course I understand. I thought his story was a bit unbelievable so looked online as I left. Of course a lie. So disappointed that people would go to such lengths just to make a sale for what I’m guessing commission. No way would I trust them after the bull I was given.
It has been 5 months since ordering our bed, it was quoted to take around 8 weeks if that. Communication with the company is awful, every time we call we are promised it will be in the “warehouse” the following week - six weeks of this back and forth. How are they not able to track the whereabouts of their own products and give accurate timelines? They are useless and we still have no idea when the bed is coming. I’d say avoid! Update: bed finally arrived, delivery drivers refused to bring it up the stairs and assemble. We asked for it then to be taken back as we did not want it, which again they refused leaving it in our living room. Luckily me and my partner are able and got the bed up the stairs ourselves. Awful service all around. I am also pretty sure there would have been a battle to return it if we could not have got it up the stairs ourselves.
Brought a bed from here and was advised it would be assembled if we paid the fee which we did , then we was told it was a 5 week lead time for delivery so I gave them 8 weeks notice to ensure the bed was here in time . Colin the manager said “ sorry leads times change nothing we can do “ but in my opinion a phone call or update would have been appreciated and saved the back and forth emails considering we had just spent a few grand on a bed. Simple phone call would have prevented the delay in delivery. The bed was delivered today and they didn’t assemble it so I called and explained we was told that if we paid the fee it would have been assembled, spoke to Colin again after he took the phone of his colleague Asad and said “ yes nothing we can do apologise for the miscommunication “ General manger Colin , his attitude was awful and clearly was lacking in customer service and needs to work on his communication Skills. Wont be buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend this company either .
We came for a bed and left with a two seater. Amran was nice and patient with us. It does take 15 weeks to her our sofa but at this price I will be happy to wait
Purchase furniture from them only if you are ok to wait for 6 months. They initially quote lead time of 6 weeks which turns into 6 months later, and no cancellations are allowed. So you have no option but to sleep on the floor for 6 months or throw your money down the drain.
Nice and friendly staff. However beware, there are no cancellations or refunds regardless of your circumstance if bought in store. Even the day after as in my circumstance. Online orders by law can be cancelled up to 14 days after purchase. By refusing to accept my cancellation it's evident the company does not care for its customers. This rating is directly targeting the companies policy and not the lovely staff. If you chose to, only purchase things from this company online
Highly recommended. What a breath of fresh air when you want to buy new furniture for your home. Fabulous range at great prices and quality you will be so happy with. Amazing staff that really take an interest in getting the right product for you. Definitely a must visit store.
