Went here to buy a smallish flat screen tv for my kitchin, using a Edge debit card from my work and also a Love2Shop voucher, and then just making uo the difference in cash. The 2 young girls at the desk for beyond clueless at the Edge card and i think one of them was training the other. The one who appeared to be training, could for the life of her not grasp the concept of paying part by card and part by voucher, claiming this till wouldnt allow her to split a transaction, (complete bollox) every till can split a transaction. She refused to continue so told her to get a manager who she got while looking sulky. Explained to the manager what i wanted and she understood straight away and just did it. What a miracle, maybe it was the fact she wasent about 15 or had had some training, but she new what she was doing. The other girls complete lack of customer service and inpoliteness just confirmed what i think of Argos employees. Will only return here when i'm not spending my own money.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!! Rubbish!!! Slow!!! Unprofessional. Went to buy a kitchen starter pack, they asked me for ID, didn't have one. Came back with ID couple days later, they didn't seem to be bothered. And then I have paid for the item that they were not able to find. Now I will wait for few days for my money. WHAT A BUNCH OF USELESS PEOPLE!!!!

Shittest Argos on the planet. Was waiting for my order for around half an hour, not only that but my fast track had to be cancelled due to them giving my item to the wrong person and wouldn't even give me a refund. To make it worse the staff are so rude and unprofessional. Take my word: NEVER. GO. TO. THIS. STORE.

Slow and disorganised. Called my ticket number out 10 mins ago and I am still waiting....why call it out in the first place?
