Huge thanks to the fabulous staff at the Watford store. Great advice on helping me to select the best carpet rather than the most expensive. It's heart warming to have honest advise and people who actually listen to your requirements. From ordering to the house call for a full measure to the final fitting was faultless. What a fantastic service I have just received. The gentleman who served me was polite,knowledgeable,efficient and managed to safe me money. Yippee!! I went and was surprised by the speed at which the guy listened,gave me advise and double checked everything and reassured me that the fitters could get to me and fit carpets etc in record time. Will be using this company again. Plain and simple, a delight to go shopping. Thank you Sukesh

Dear Team Tapi Thank you for your service, all contact with various staff members were friendly and professional. I can only remember Paul and Debbie - happy memories! The fitters were the cherry on the cake - NO razor blades left lying around on completion, carpet vacuumed and all off cuts bagged up and removed from site, thanks guys! Brian Johnstone

I had my carpets fitted late last year and despite a few hiccups with fitting I have been delighted overall with the service that the tapi team at Watford provided me with. If you are thinking of getting new flooring head down to these guys you will be delighted!
