Really terrible it took me like 15 minutes to find this station. There is literally a really small sign post that says Waterloo East you literally need a magnifying glass find. It is based on Sandwell Lane. Needs to be better sign posted.

Entrance from the street is actually on Sandell street, just over the road from waterloo main station, then up about 5 flights of stairs. there's also a footbridge from waterloo main. Fairly poorly signposted. As stations go, not a particularly nice example...

Easy navagation and an easy connection to waterloo,London  well done LONDON TERMINALS, waterloo east

Awful station location wise. There are no clear signs and takes ages to find it if you are not a regular traveller from this station.

Nice staff but this station badly needs a lift. It's a long way over the footbridge and back.

Was not impressed by a member of staff at the ticket counter who wasn't at all helpful and to be quite honest I think she was rather rude.
