Bank station surrounded by “Em” and “ment”! I’d say Embankment is definitely easier to navigate than Bank, four underground lines run through here but only six platforms. I like the coloured lines scattered around the walls of the platforms and how you can hear an old recording of “Mind the Gap!” on the Northern line platforms. Overall a pretty nice station with no big downside to it. Also a bonus, the London Eye is not too far from here!
Near this station, there is a bridge that serves as a great viewpoint to see the iconic London Eye.
This station is served by the Bakerloo Circle District & Northern lines. Can be very busy this station with lots of passengers interchanging for different lines. Inside the station is a bit of a maze getting around. There is no disabled access only stairs and escalators.

The bridge near the station is great point to stop at for a view of the city and the iconic London eye. Atop the bridge you can have good phtos and videos with the London Eye backdrop. If you're looking for an iconic photo of travel to London this is one place where you'd get an amazing shot without all the crowd!
The District, Bakerloo and Northern lines pass right through this station and close to Trafalgar Square and London Charing Cross. Very helpful staff who helped me find directions.
The London Underground should be a wonder of the world! It’s just incredible, the history, the structures, the convenience. The price isn’t expensive either, I never buy an Oyster card anymore, I use my phone with Apple Pay to get in and out of each station, the price is capped no matter how many times you travel in a 24 hour period. Once you figure out which line you need and where to change should you need to it become very easy.
Yesterday we had problems using the Oyster card. We are Italian and had difficulty understanding, as it was our first experience in London. The station staff was very kind and humane. They helped us solve the problem. All the employees are awesome!!!! Thank you very much. Compliments!!!!
Easy to change between lines and with multiple tube lines it's a useful station to get to different parts of London and this station is only a short walk to river services.
