My girlfriend bought a car from here. The service was good.However a week later the car broke down with clutch issues the road side assistance helped and sorted it by the side of the road. This then prompted us to get it checked. The garage said that there was a dodgy wishbone and a badly worn tyre on the inside. We took it back to wateringpool garage and they sorted the tyre and told us that the other garage had lied about the wishbone and it didn't need fixing. They lied. The car failed its mot 3days later. When we challenged them they told us that it was our fault and we had damaged it in the 3days after we took the car to them. Be aware if considering buying a car from these as we wouldn't want anyone else going through the same as we did

I Bought a car from here in Nov 2017. I questioned the garage regarding the reviews and they had all sorts of reasons why it wasn't them and it was the people who where writing the reviews so no doubt they will tell you a lie about myself. I was very happy with the condition of the mini Cooper and it was reasonably priced. The gentleman selling the car was polite and kept me up to date regarding the car being ready however he did lie and say the car had full service history when it in fact doesn't. Regarding part exchange we didn't go ahead with them as we got more than they offered us from Evans Halshaw car purchase so this is always worth checking. The car was given with 3 months warranty but silly of myself I didn't get any documentation off them as to what this covered. There was an advisory of a low tyre on the MOT and it took quite a few phone calls for the garage to agree to replace this before I collected. I would have thought that this is something that is done as standard to send out a good car. On driving the car home there was a noticeable wobble under breaking. I called up and was told it had just had MOT and didn't need breaks. I took the car down to a MOT station 2 days later and they said it should have failed on the breaks. So after some argument they replaced only the Disks which means that my break now grind. I have called up today to report a knocking on my suspension and have been told the warranty only covers engine failure and I would have to pay. I advised that I was frustrated that no other advisories regarding wear to suspension was noted. Therefore i will be taking the car to a garage that I trust. I would be cautious buying a car from these. I expressed that although they claim they use an independent MOT bay maybe they need to look at who they are using if that means unsafe cars are being sold by themselves. My only regret now is not taking the car down to VOSA after the break issue.

Lovely people no pressure sales and a good stock of cars. The mechanics know there stuff and you are kept in the loop all along.
