We recently had a very positive experience buying a car from Burnett Cars. From start to finish the service was very professional but also warm and caring. We loved being able to walk around and view the cars without a pushy salesperson following us.nGlen was on hand to guide us and answer any questions we had, he was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with.nCan't recommend this garage highly enough.

Honest review: Well, first of buying the vehicle was nice and easy, and the staff was amazing with all the questions and things asked of them. Secondly, i would say we were a little disappointed after getting home to find there was a fault with the vehicle. After contacting them, there was a little delay in getting a response from both the warranty company and dealer about who was responsible for the repair. But as of today, the car is now booked in with the garage to get repaired. Hopefully, there will be no other faults in the near future. But as a whole, there a great place couldn't fault them especially with their first initials communications. But I would say make sure the car is fully checked before taking it, and ask for videos of the car running, especially if you live far like we did.

My experience with Burnett Cars was nothing but positive. Glen was extremly helpful with any queries I had, and his approach was very laid back and relaxed with no pressure at all. They were not only professional and efficient, but came across as just generally friendly and decent people.nnI am very happy with my purchase and Glen mafe the process as easy as possible. I would highly recomend this dealer as a reputable and professional firm.

I’ve just bought a car from here and would just like to say what a great experience it was. First class service, no pushy sales pitch,  got what I wanted for my trade in. I took out the one year RAC warranty with a years breakdown cover again this wasn’t pushed on me and under £200. I’ve recently bought a new work van from another dealer which was the complete opposite to the experience I had at Burnett Cars and they wanted £800 for a years warranty. Anyway, first class car dealers and I love the car.
