I have bought 3 cars from Rawlinsons. Very good service each time and would definitely recommend. I have just bought my first electric car. James has been fantastic throughout the process, helping me chose the right car for me and explaining how it all works. Communication has been excellent from the test drive to the handover. James has been so friendly and helpful as are all the team. I didn't feel pressured as I have done at other car dealerships. Thank you for such a great experience buying my new car
Have now bought 3 cars from Rawlinsons. The deals were very good and I was given an excellent trade-in price. The salesmen were very helpful, extremely well informed and able to answer all of our questions. James, in particular, was our most recent sales representative. He is a young man with a very good future ahead, personable, bright and charismatic. My wife Brenda and I both enjoyed our time at his desk and have come away with a first class purchase. Absolutely excellent in every way. James looked after us from the test drive through ordering to collection today. He could not have been more helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We are totally happy with everything and recommend James,Tom and Marcus without hesitation. The best of the best without any doubt.

From start to finish it’s been excellent. James was the salesman who has helped me through the experience of buying my new car. James was extremely friendly, and made me feel at ease. Living quite far from Bury St Edmunds, I’d never heard of this dealership, luckily I came across it online, if I need a car in the future this will be my first point of call to buy.
I had an email to tell me that I wouldn't be able to have the Zoe as my courtesy car and when I arrived they did in fact give me the Zoe, so I was pleased with that. The girl on reception was polite and efficient, as was the guy that provided me with the car. He went through all the necessary info on driving and charging the Zoe. Everyone was very pleasant
Just purchased a car with them recently, but I've purchased cars from their used car dealership before, as well as got them to do my MOTs. Never had a problem before. The team are all so friendly and patient they put up with me being far too excited during the wait for my new car to be shipped!. Massive thank to Tom in particular for taking the time to make sure I understood all of the ins and outs of what I was agreeing to as it was the first time I've bought a brand new car.
Second time I've purchased a car from here, so they must be doing something right. Dealt with Philip Love all the way through from trade in to purchase to handover. All handled smoothly and efficiently. Not bad coffee either !
Jenna and Marcus were both SO helpful in our search for a new car. Everything was efficient and we were in contact through each phase of the process. Jenna even drove the car to our house on handover so we could have it when we needed it. Couldn’t recommend the Rawlinson Group highly enough
Vehicle was brought in with the AA due to a non start two days after having its 4 year annual service. The problem was the starter motor needed replacement. The car had only done 7000 miles/18 months since the starter motor was replaced previously. Three starter motors with the vehicle doing less than 30000 miles in unacceptable. I took this up with Dacia direct and your service manager but no-one would accept there was a problem and apart from offering a token 5% discount on the repair saying it was out of warranty and therefore ‘tough luck’. I even spoke with trading standards who said under the 2015 Consumer Right Act it was not of satisfactory quality and should be repaired/replaced free of charge. Neither yourselves or Dacia would accept this. I even rang another dealership out of the area and they admitted there was an ongoing problem with the starter motors and said the ignition should have been changed. As pensioners when we bought the car it was to see us out but we are so disappointed with the brand and this problem we have sold the car and will not be dealing with yourselves/Dacia again, nor would we recommend the brand as we had done originally. Please now remove our details and desist from contacting us with any more marketing
