DO NOT USE paid £200 over the phone to Gary to view a car the next day and was told it was refundable if I didn't purchase the car, viewed the next day decided it wasn't for me due to the price and conditions and now refusing to refund the £200, dealt with Gary and another guy who both refused to refund the £200 however they still tried to negotiate, terrible  salesman, bullys.

Terrible service. 
I went here to look for a car, I asked the man in the office about a few cars- he was very brief & abrupt. I looked at a car in the office, asked to see the inside & was told 'it's a car, not a toy!' when I sat in the car to see the interior & mileage. He told me the car had 90K+ miles on & was a diesel. Upon checking it- it's a petrol. After leaving the office, to look on the forecourt, he locked up, got in his car & sped off without a word. This was 2 hours before the dealership was meant to close- according to their opening times. He was very rude, I will not be buying a car from here due to this. I felt as though he was treating me like a child, possibly due to my age, but I was genuinely looking to buy a car from this dealership at the time.

Bought a car from here in April. Sale was quick, easy, hassle free and the service was excellent. Discovered a minor fault with the car but the staff here responded immediately and went above and beyond to ensure everything was repaired and car was perfect. Would buy from here again and definitely recommend.
