Having previously purchased a new car at MP Motors, there was little doubt in our mind that we would return when we were ready to upgrade. As the time has come to upgrade, we returned and were not disappointed. Lee was extremely helpful, answering all of our questions and taking the time to talk us through the process again. Having just collected our new car, we are extremely happy with both our new motor and the service we received. 10/10 service and Lee is a credit to the company
Would 100% recommend MP motors for purchasing your next car. I personally dealt with James and can’t say a bad word. Easy to deal with, I was kept well informed and had my new vehicle quick and simple. Absolutely love it and would definitely buy here again.
We purchased our MX5 back in July from MP Motor Company with the assistance of James and couldn’t be happier. We travelled from Suffolk 542 miles return trip purposely to view the car and purchased that day. We found James really helpful and polite, no pushy salesmanship. The car itself is a peach, we’ve just had an MOT and service done and it passed with flying colours. We couldn’t be happier and wouldn’t rule out travelling to MP Motor Company again for our next car!
I recently part exchanged a car with this company and it went brilliantly. I was put in contact with James and he couldn't of been any better. Fast at answering any queries over email and in person. There was never any pressure which you do get in some car showrooms. Very very friendly and approachable, also willing to go the exra mile with honest and helpful advice. James also checked my new car with myself to make sure there were no hidden scratches or dents which I thought was great. I'm very happy with my new car but WOW this place has a massive selection of cars so I can see myself going back in the future to get my next car. If you're looking for honest staff who will do anything to help and cars that have been prepped to the highest standards then this should be the place for you.
Professional, slick and well informed process. I established what car I wanted and did not feel like I was being led down the rabbit hole or pestered into agreeing to something I did not want, as I have oft experienced with other garages. James in particular was fantastic, a great bloke who clearly wants the best outcome for the customer and is happy to give you the time to consider your options. Once the trigger was pulled he kept me updated, educated me in topics I was unsure of and made sure all my concerns were seen to. A company I am now very fond of and one that will likely see my custom return. Cheers!
We went to MP Motors last weekend and was seen by Lee. Lee was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss the exchange process with myself and my husband and less than an hour later, we started the process to exchange. Lee was very patient, taking the time to answer all of our questions and we are over the moon with our new car. I would highly recommend MP Motors and Lee to anyone across the North West and further looking for a new car.

Travelled especially from out of town to view a car which I had booked an appointment for. When I arrived was told the car had been already sold. I do not have an issue with the car being sold but if it had been sold a phonecall to let me know prior to the appointment would have been appreciated. So basically a wasted 30 mile round trip. Cannot recommend....
So I bought a CLS from Craig at MP motor. I can’t fault the service, Craig was spot on from start to finish. Small scratch on the car and gave me a courtesy for a couple of days too. Would recommend dealing with Craig. No messing about going back and forwards messing with the deal, was straight up. Friendly and trustworthy. Left my AirPods in the car I traded in and looked after them and gave them back after a couple of weeks. Been to other dealerships with sleezey dealers and would definitely return to MP. 10/10. Thanks again!!! Ravi
Awful organisational skills as well as selling cars with accident damage which may not show on HPI but still not of satisfactory quality. Manager is an aggressive individual with no customer engagement skills. Refusing a rejection of a car well within my right. Courtesy vehicle not being fit for the road as well as untaxed for 2 days before I had to remind whilst it was poorly fixed at a Bodyshop. Litter left in my car when I got it back to which I got told ‘it’s not my stuff’. If you’re going to buy a car be more careful than me ! Lesson learnt.
