AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Drove off with car, and after 10 minutes the car would start rumbling and not do more than 50mph on the motorway Car then started to vigorously shake which could have caused a collision with passing motorists. They claimed to have fixed a new engine, but shortly after the head gasket went. The battery went. The company itself haven't honoured their 3 months warranty. I have scrapped the car. They have been very unhelpful on the phone. Please avoid!!!!!! Scammers!!!!!!
Excellent. Bought a car from 150 miles away, picked it and drove it back. Great customer service very helpful. and the car was just what I was looking for at a great price.
Disgusting service! Selling dodgy cars! I'd give it a zero if I could, I was left with a MAJOR bill to get my car fixed from your business even though it was still in warranty! You guys refused to provide me any sort of service as promised within the warranty! I hope others catch wind, wait till trading standards knock on your door.
Bought a Land Rover discovery from Victoria motor company a few weeks back. Was told no issues with the car but very quickly found out that: - brake disk fitted incorrectly - Brake light out - Front light out - Brake disks in need of replacement - Faulty drive shaft - Leaking injector leaking dangerous fumes into the car - Broken flywheel To get these repairs completed would cost around £4,000. The car came with “3 month warranty” so spoke to the warranty company and was advised they don’t work with VMC any more and the vehicle I had did not have any warranty. Martin at VMC wanted to reverse the deal rather than admit fault and fund the repairs. He insisted my deposit would be reduced by £200 for the small amount of mileage I’d added to the car in 5 days circa 150. I did in the end receive 100% of it back. All in all, a diabolical service from a man who clearly has no idea about vehicles. He states he has been in the business over 50 years yet cannot spot a simple leaking injector or so he says! No doubt their response to this review will remind me of the mileage on the car. To me, regardless, they should have informed me about the dangers of driving the vehicle with fumes leaking in to the cabin. Stay clear of this “company”. Trading standards will be informed again for this company
Fantastic dealership. This is our 3rd car from them. I got a really good deal on the part x and the service was great. 3 month warranty with the car at no extra charge. Really honest and decent people which is rare when buying second hand cars. Can’t thank them enough and would highly recommend 5 stars.

Bought a car from Victoria motors 3 weeks ago. Fantastic service. Looked around close to their closing time on a Sunday and Sue was happy to stay open a bit longer to allow me to take a test drive. Returned next day to pick up the car. Minor issue of radio was sorted prior to pick up. No issues with car since collection. Recommend to anyone looking to buy a reasonably priced car.
Helpful staff that go above and beyond to assist you. Cars are all top quality and well priced. Small issue with the car upon pick up nothing they could have spotted or done anything about until it showed symptoms which was arranged to be fixed, parts ordered and fitted within the hour. Staff are so laid back and have all the time in the world for customers. Would recommend to anyone.
