This is a good value, well run & friendly place to stay. It is somewhat basic, but the rooms are clean & the beds are comfortable. And for London it is good value for money. The cooked breakfast is good. Sabina & her husband run a good establishment.

Stayed for one night, place was extremely clean but I REALLY have an issue with the shared toilet situation. You have to go through 3 sets of fire doors to get to the first toilet (nearest my top floor attic box err room). There is just the ONE toilet (with a glass opaque door????) To service 5 rooms, and there are NO WASHING facilities!!! *There are other toilets on other floors. (2) My stomach churned when I then realised that I had touched all those door handles knowing that countless other folk had done the same AFTER using the toilet. Utterly Gross!! I never saw the shower room empty, so could not even get a shower or a good wash. Either provide hand sanitation or address the lack of a sink in the toilets!

Good bed good breakfast good night's sleep tv coffe sink in corner Shared bathroom best bit is they have bath instant hot water but the showers on low pressure dribbles out water Room was attic with two beds windows clean towels double radiator could be turned up as room was cold in the winter mornings

Very comfortable and highly clean. Ample for a flying visit.
