Do not reccomend- poor staff and low quality hotel - had to wait outside the hotel for ages after receiving no response from the buzzer- water avaliable was vile and the facility in general was lacking

I booked this room for me and my boyfriend for the night. We had nothing but an expectation of a standard BnB and that's exactly what it was. My only criticism would be it could have been a little cleaner but it was by no stretch of the imagination dirty, just things like inside one of the drawers. The room and en-suite were a little tired but they served their purpose perfectly and the little touches like mini bars of soap, a cold jug of water in the fridge and the obvious tea and coffee making facilities were perfect. I was also very happy that there was a little TV and DVD player. Bed was standard but comfy. The best touch of all was the gentleman that owned it. He was so friendly and very polite. He rang me to check our time of arrival which I wasn't too sure about but knew it would be late. He had no problem with this and just asked me to call when we was on our way which we did. He was very accommodating despite the fact we'd arrived. I cant comment on breakfast as we didn't get up on time but I wish we had as I'm confident it would have been pleasant. We visited Chessington World of Adventures the next day to see the Giraffes and the location was perfect for Tolworth train station which was two stops away. Overall a real pleasant stay and well worth the money. Thumbs up say I :)

This is a contractors digs. Fairly clean and tidy. Small shower and sink. Awful reception on the tv in my room, only 4 channels. No daytime parking although multi storey across the road offers free parking: 20:00 to 08:00 only though.
