I have stayed here on multiple occasions in a single room, double room with ensuite and twin room without ensuite. I have found the rooms all to be clean tidy and comfortable, with tea/coffee facilities and a TV in each room. The breakfast that is included in the price is good and the cooked breakfast which you can customise depending what you fancy is always welcomed. The stairs are quite steep and the floors slightly uneven due to age of the building so some care would be required if less mobile. I would recommend to anyone looking for a well priced B&B in Kingston.

Great Hotel close to all the tourist spots, restaurants and shopping for Kingston on Thames. Paul Davies MBM.

Alan and Trisha of the Hermes Hotel are very delightful hosts and eager to help their guests in any way possible. Not afraid to crack a joke either and share in the fun. I found the night's stay in Kingston very rewarding, the breakfasts are top-notch and lay down a good foundation for the activities of the day.

Unable to check in. Booked and paid in advance and arrival time given but unable to check in, no-one available to let us in despite ringing the bell and calling constantly, very frustrating after being up since 5am and working a long day, it wasn't the welcome we were expecting. we were able to gain access an hour later but this really wasn't acceptable especially as we have 7 more weekends of working in the area. The breakfast was good and agreed to serve early due to an early check out required, this place is dated and could do with a re-furb, great location but won't re-book after the frustrating check in!
