We visited at a really quiet time so it's hard to judge accurately, but the service was great (although not much excuse when it is quiet!). The space is fairly inoffensive - just a nice modern bar. Food was good (just had nibbles). Prices probably about average for this area.

Customer service at its lowest! After booking an executive room at the Bosco hotel in Surbiton, we were looking forward to a great weekending. However, the beast from the east hit and caused all sorts of issues around the country. With trains cancelled and local emergency services advising people to only travel unless absolutely necessary we make the decision not to travel. We called the hotel, not looking to cancel but to reschedule our stay. The receptionist informed us it was not in their policy to cancel rooms or to reschedule stays and that we would have to brave the journey or cancel the room with no refund. I explained that with the poor weather in our area the nearest train station running was a 6 mile walk and that this was not possible. I’ve never come across such a cold receptionist with no empathy to a consumer’s situation that is totally out of their hands. I understand that companies have policies written on paper, but surly there is room for some flexibility in extreme situations. I did ask to speak to a senior member of staff, but apparently no manager’s work on the weekend, which I find bizarre for a hotel. I was informed a manager would call me first thing on Monday, but I’m still waiting… To reiterate, I had no intention on cancelling the room. I simply wanted to reschedule our stay. Extremely poor customer service with no empathy towards paying customs.

Great chilled out atmosphere, nice looking environment to enjoy food and cocktails. Very cool staff ! Yes, I would highly recommend this place especially if you are in the area looking for a swanky place to socialise

Refused service because I was wearing a cap, surprised to say the least. Came to drop my brother of and decided to stay for a drink. Ended up in bar next door "The Coronation Hall" , no issues there. I did ask if I stayed at the Bosco if the policy still applied they said they would still refuse me service. My brother will suggest that his company reconsider there bookings going forward.

Good wifi. The new Six For Six menu (£6) is very good. Service isn't overly friendly though.
