Room was clean for a budget hotel. You need to be there at breakfast opening time at a weekend or face a long wait for a table and more hot food to be cooked as we found out on Sunday. Chessington adventures had an opening weekend so hotel was busy with families but only 1 poor member of staff in the bar/restaurant trying to do everything and just to make ot harder for him the power kept tripping all the appliances too. Several families left when told of the long wait even though they had prepaid for breakfast.

Comfy beds. Poor breakfast. Check in desk staff nice. Restaurant were rude and poor service. Massive queues for breakfast buffet. Would sleep here again but not have food

The rooms are very basic and not always well situated (we were given a room on the 2nd floor, next to the visitors car park which meant at no time could we leave the curtains open as anyone parking their car could see straight into the room and there weren't even any net/mesh curtains to prevent this). However for the low cost (we paid £37 for one night) this is a decent, secure, relatively clean accommodation. We would stay again but next time request a higher floor.

Great place to stay friendly staff and great room service. the staff are friendly to the children. And the food is nice.

Budget hotel does what it says on label. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Have a concern that a door signed "fire door - alarmed " was in fact propped open for four days of my stay. No action taken when mentioned to staff. Other guests used this door to access different floors & were at times loud and obnoxious. Housekeeping whilst mostly adequate was hit & miss on some days. Most annoying thing for me was the fact that my card key stopped working everyday at noon. I was staying here for convenience of locality & found having to go up & down to reception, several times before I could access my room on a daily basis extremely annoying as I'm not in good health. When I've stayed in other Travelodge's I haven't encountered this issue.
