Staff were really helpful (apart from the night we asked when breakfast finished & were told an hour later than it did) the rooms were great, the food in the restaurant is good. Breakfast was always good. Nothing bad to say about the place really.

Decor is lovely, location is good, friendly and helpful staff. I personally found the bed soft and overly warm which didn't make for a great night's sleep, but this is more on me than the hotel. The twin room had a bath tub/shower combo which was just a bit small for me to have a proper soak. When used as a shower in the morning I found the curvature of the tub to be very uncomfortable to stand in, all part of the space saving. Overall a pleasant stay.

A bit of an out of the way location, this hotel is NOT  located in Kingston town (or even Kingston borough). That being said, it's modern, clean and the staff were incredibly friendly. It's a 15 minute walk along the main road to many restaurants & bars in nearby Surbiton.

A good hotel in an ideal location overlooking the River Thames. 10 minutes walk from Surbiton railway station or 20 minutes into Kingston upon Thames. Friendly and helpful staff.  Lovely rooms with all the facilities  Adequate car parking at the rear with security cameras.

Frustrating if you're disabled. Lift from lobby to restaurant was broken so you had to go outside and come back in through the street access. Not great if it's raining. Huge bed in room restricts wheelchair access. Silly sink in bathroom that was so low that your knees stopped you getting near it in a wheelchair. Staff were lovely though.
