I visited this Whitewall Gallery to purchase a specific piece of art that I had seen earlier in the week.

I waited for 25 minutes whilst the lady at the desk chatted to the person in the other end of her mobile phone call.

Eventually I had to catch my train empty handed. Whilst initially sad about this, my trip wasn't a total loss.

From the phone conversation I learned some useful facts... Apparently the food selection at the Slug and Lettuce is a disappointment, but after enough wine, it's bearable.

The lady's friend has exceptionally bad luck with men and can't help dating 'losers' (I quote)

Her friend doesn't has a car, since her loser boyfriend took it with him when he left to live their mutual friend (what a scum bag)
