I'm surprised people are writing that they're not able to get an appointment here. It's true that if you phone you have no chance, but the online system means I'm always able to get an appointment that day, and I don't know many people who can say that about their doctor. Also the people are wonderful - the doctors are really kind and caring, and they really take the time to listen to you. The nurses are great, and the reception staff are lovely. I'm really happy since we moved here

Absolutely rubbish! Booked a appointment for 3:50 had to wait 30 mins to see the doctor for a 2 min appointment(no exaggeration, was a literal two min appointment if that), only for her to tell me something I already knew, would not recommend at all, difficult to get appointments. Not worth the hassle

I can understand people's frustrations at appointments as the bookable ones are all gone well in advance but I've never had an issue turning up at 8am and getting one that morning. The nurses especially are great at squeezing you in for travel jabs etc first thing before their first appointment which is going above and beyond in my opinion. All nurses, doctors and receptionists have been helpful and friendly whenever I've been there, albeit not at often as some others perhaps.

THESE "PEOPLE" WANT YOU TO DIE - TOLD TO CALL UP AT 8AM THREE DAYS IN A ROW THEN WHEN I GET THROUGH FULLY BOOKED? THIS IS WHY PEOPLE ARE GOING TO A&E, THIS IS WHY THE SUICIDE RATE IS SOARING. FOR SHAME.

They haven't got good quality Doctors, actually I'm not sure the has got one GP practice -Doctor.
