My mum has very high blood pressure. Nurse said would get doctor to call. 3 weeks she been waiting still no call. Supposed to see liver specialist every 6 months been over a year now still waiting. Staff are rude. Dr under performing. Awful practice. Since it changed and moved to medical centre it has gone down and down

Has happened repeatedly: doctor promises to make a referral and doesn't. Called surgery today to ask why I haven't heard anything from the clinic I supposedly have been referred to and found out I haven't been referred at all. Nearly a month has passed and my health became worse but the reception actually told me "She will have to remind the doctor to send the referral" ! And as I mentioned before it's not the first time we have such experience with this surgery.

After an exchange yesterday with staff that can only be described as rude on their part and frustrated on mine, I can only form the opinion that my dog is treated with greater care, respect, dignity and thought at the vets. Wrong medication prescribed. Requested medication ignored. Requests based on urgent need ignored. 6 days left without testing my blood (diabetic), 6 days left without anti-depressants (that's another story of neglect on their part) and almost 24 hours without my insulin due to so called 'Human error'. No apology. Messages not read by doctor. Tesco's seems to be the only one interested in my care. Maybe they need to open Tesco doctors!

Awful surgery. My grandson has coughing and breathing problems which sometimes mean he ends up in hospital over night. He can't even get to see a gp. They are constantly fobbing him off to a nurse. Lazy lazy Gp's and service

Not helpful at all my son needed to be seen ASAP got told 2 weeks for appointment no help with saying I have a word with a doctor or call back in morning then my daughter got a bad out break of eczema I was late for appointment I said my daughter didn't want to come she 4 years old they said next appointment 2 weeks I ask could u speak to doctor as they know the situation all I got was next appointment 2 week s away didn't offer to speak to doctor to explain what happy or ask him to call me u could see she needed doctor as it was all on her face to didn't offer to see if I could get a repeat prescription really unhelpful the receptionist is useless
