Awful Surgery! Never ever get an appointment! They tell you to walk in at 8am and wait for an appointment? Not really fair if your disabled like me and struggle to get in or if you work, elderly! All appointments are gone by time they finally answer. Call at 8am and wait on hold forever! Prescribtions always wrong! Always losing my consultants communication letters! They never listen to you or even respond to emails. Its a joke of a surgery. Husband asked for appointment to be offered over 6 weeks time!
I called at 8am but didn’t get answered until 9:30 as the line was busy. I was seen to by a doctor who was in training, very nice but not very helpful. I told her what was wrong and why I needed a check up and her first response was ‘what would you want me to do’ This threw me off as I needed help and wasn’t sure how a doctor could help me so I needed advise on my symptoms Hence why I attended the facility As a doctor she should be aware of how to help me instead of asking what I want. I then asked her how can she help and what could my symptoms possibly be and she weighed me and did a check up and told me I was fine but to loose weight as I’m obese when I’m a healthy size 10. I understand that things like this may need to be approached but I felt like it had nothing to do with I attended for and didn’t need to be mentioned. I walked out feeling very upset.
Awful surgery. They took me, my 3 year old and 1.5 year old off the system but never notified me.I can now not get my meds or my sons inhalers. I emailed 3 times to ask wether I could stay with the practice as well. Could never get appts. Would have to go thru 111. Poor customer service too. Docs were amazing tho.
I have been calling since couple of weeks for appointment with Asthama nurse and they don't have appointments. Today again I called but no appointments available and asked to call again tomorrow. Today it took me 266 calls and 30 mins to get through and same drill again. I ALWAYS ALWAYS struggle to get through appointment. Previously complained to them about taking more than a week for just 1 signature for my daughter's school menu but no one ever responded
I have been trying for a month to get an appointment to see my skin and and every time they say there are no appointments and they won't book me an appointment in the future at this point its better to pay money to go private instead of this malarkey. The reception staff do not care at all!
Booking appointment is so hard. Have to call 8am Incorrect open hours shown, and line is near always too busy to even ring & add to queue. Staff are great but hard to ever book.
Don't like this surgery. Impossible to get an appointment. One or 2 good GP's but you won't be let near them!
Called 6 times over 2 weeks, attempts made weekdays between then hours of 9am-3pm, nobody picks up. I'm assured they are open until 6pm and are available on the phone. Want to test the truth of this? Ring the listed number now , if you get through I will be astounded. Going to write to my local councilor.
Disgraceful surgery! Can't get an appointment despite getting through at 8.30am - as only 2 Dr's on site. I had to pay for a private GP appointment as was experiencing swollen lips, throat and tongue so suspected allergic reaction which can be life threatening. Maybe prioritise patients who actually need to see a Dr urgently
Impossible to book an appointment. I called 45 times today starting at 8am. Engaged, and when I finally got through at 9am they said they didn’t have any appointments available and I couldn’t pre-book for any other day this week.
