Where to start.... You have to dial so many times, its always busy from 8am to about 8.30 - half the time you get through and get hung up on...  It seems like only 1 person is manning the phones too. When you do get through you often get a rude receptionist you have to tell them why you want to talk to a doctor and then you have to wait for a doctor (hopefully yours to call you back) - so basically you spend a DAY getting an appointment and if they can just tell you to come pick up a prescription they will. You don't get SEEN by a doctor a majority of the time, you just talk to one, so they are basing their treatment of you on your description - NOT your body. Doctors are often short with you so you don't feel like you've had any sort of leeway on an illness and they don't listen half the time!

I was made redundant in December and am on the waiting list for an operation, so have to produce sick notes to DWP every month. I have to have an appointment for each time I need one trying to get through to the surgery is an absolute joke and the receptionists are so unhelpful. Absolutely hate picking the phone up to ring them constantly engaged!

Been with this surgery for years and have always had trouble with them, the real kick in the teeth came on Monday when I rang 22 times and kept being hung up on, I have still had no luck getting in contact with them and I'm starting to think I should have just went straight to the hospital. What a joke

Awfull. When we call for appointment they forcfully try to give us telephone consutation. They have even suggested wrong medicine for my daughter without reading the record. Their try to get as much as possible from NHS.All public money is wasted and put the patients at risk.

1/If we call for an appointment they will say doctor will call us so they are wasting doctors time.

2/When the doctor call they try to avoid appointment and try to give us forcefully some telephone consutation.

3/even if you call in the morning for an appointment doctor can call you any time before 11am. Untill then you have to keep waiting.

4/when the docotor call you your phone should not be engaged. they will not call you again

5/If you are sick 1st they tell you to wait for some day and see how is goes?

These people are not Doctor "robbers" stealing public fund under the name of telephone consultation instead of appointemnt.

I have a big recording against them file a complaint
