Great place and located in a good spot, but NCP parking is high costing about £7 for an hour or two

Great staff and the range of snacks are good. The seats in the rooms are comfy and good, some of the seats could use some repairs but the large majority of them are great.

Honestly a great experience for my first time in the cinema! Seats were comfy and popcorn delicious Yum Yum YUM!

Glorified playpen for delinquents; who don’t get their tickets checked and roam from screen to screen using their mobile phones freely. As other reviewers have noted, the seats look like they’re from a war zone, and the lights flicker - and come on before the film ended. Toilets are worse than the bars around the corner, and staff appear afraid to challenge difficult teenagers. When it does finally get threatened with being shut down they’ll be blaming the economy instead of introspectively improving their service.

Cinema is in serious need of investment. Damaged and loose seats, marked cinema screens, broken AC units. Should not have to leave the cinema literally wet from sweating because the venue is too warm. Company policy is that each screen is maintained at a 21-degree temperature, but this definitely isn't happening.
