Saw the new Avatar: The Way Of Water film, in 3D at The Gwyn Hall today. Fantastic film. Fantastic venue. I've seen many films there in recent years. As good a cinema experience as you'll get. Staff are always really pleasant and welcoming too. Highly recommended.
Absolutely fantastic place. We are regulars at the cinema and always have top notch service from everyone. The Vue and Odeon could take a lesson from these guys. Also, we took part in the monthly quiz. Next level fun. Was a riot from start to finish and everyone as per usual were friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work and see you next month for the quiz and Sunday for a movie.
Started off well but we only seem to get tribute acts lately. I really miss the live theatre links. I would also like to see more live plays. The cinema is great though and the Halloween ghost night into the cellar was fantastic. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. A lovely building and atmosphere. It will always be my go to for the cinema.
1st Mar. Watched a great show by Paul Pots. Fabulous singing . Bought tickets in advance. The cafe/ seating area was busy. The staff were friendly & helpful. Interval Joe's ice creams can be bought within the theatre near your seat, cash only.
Calendar girls was amazing. A little bit chilly in there though
Very disappointed this year watching panto… very poor performance by cast and could hardly hear what they were saying most of time… the best casts were Buttons and the two ugly sisters which the two ugly sisters have been in panto for good few years dunno what’s happened to the good casts they had… hope next year be much better
Went to see Chicago Blues Brothers, very busy but staff were very efficient and friendly, seating was superb with ample leg room and very good view of stage. Toilets were very clean as well !, all round brilliant experience
Lovely & clean, seats nice you can see the stage wherever you sit. Bronwen Lewis was brilliant. Staff more than helpful too.
Decided to go here for the first time a few days back. The offers on food and drink were very good in comparison to most cinemas. Also able to buy "pints" for a good price unlike most cinemas which sell bottles of beer for an extortionate price. Will definitely be back
Great place. Needed more people on the bar though, queue speed was ridiculous pre-show and during the interval. And the show finished 20min after the nearby carpark closes
