Worst cinema experience of my life. Much like other complaints, the screen was far too cold to be remotely pleasant. If you enjoy wearing your coats, hats and gloves whilst watching a new film this place is the place to go though. Don’t bother speaking to customer services either as they won’t take you seriously if you ask for help. The plus side though is that we all got to warm back up in the communal space after - Fun times and all at premium prices.
Doesn't cater for traditional casual movie goers. Frequently doesn't offer showings of the latest movies, example being today, there is only one showing of the new Predator movie and one showing of the Running man movie, both too late in the evening to be feasible. While there are eighteen showings of Wicked.. One musical repeated 18 times in a single day!!! and half a dozen showings of arts movies no one will watch.
Excellent cinema and really lovely staff. 5-star in that respect. The lack of fifth star is the prices on the concessions. 12 for two drinks and a bag of sweets!? I paid over £50 for a drink and snack for 6 people at Christmas. Vue might as well make the staff uniforms come with a mask. I know it’s nationwide. Maybe this will get back to them. Doesn’t take away from the entire local experience here, it just puts me off purchasing anything here.
They were awful, laughed when my son said we didn't have ID, but assured my daughter looked above 15 and does not need ID. Arrives the next day and now my daughter isn't 15 because of her height. Awful customer surface as well, did not get refunded for either cancellations
Surprising that such a large cinema chain is unable to provide plant-based milks for tea and coffee. It really isn't hard to do this and would help customers who are intolerant to milk etc. But staff are friendly and cinema clean.
