Make sure whoever you go with is the right age or they will make you watch another film at a different time. Should definitely be a warning on the website that they won't let you watch a film last minute because your brother is 14 instead of 15. The products are stereotypically more expensive but they allow for other snacks to bring in.nnIf this happens, they will charge you more for the transition into a different film, and then if you got VIP seats for your intended film it isn't promised to you either. There lacks some humanity in it all with customer service, yes it's they're job but they could optionally do more than what they did.nnI'm not crazy for films, but my brother is and he couldn't watch what he wanted on his 14th birthday. Just definitely make sure you bring ID as if the average 12 year old can't find worse on the internet anyhow.

Twice in a row now we’ve had a poor experience at this cinema. Last time the film starter 20 minutes earlier than stated causing us to miss the beginning. And today another poor experience with very little snack box and drink options to choose from as they had ‘been busy’. Popcorn was stale, not what you expect when spending £13 odd. Seats still had rubbish in from the last showing and were incredibly squeaky. Won’t bother here in future - Odeon Llanelli much preferred.
Excellent cinema and really lovely staff. 5-star in that respect. The lack of fifth star is the prices on the concessions. 12 for two drinks and a bag of sweets!? I paid over £50 for a drink and snack for 6 people at Christmas. Vue might as well make the staff uniforms come with a mask. I know it’s nationwide. Maybe this will get back to them. Doesn’t take away from the entire local experience here, it just puts me off purchasing anything here.
Went to carmarthen vue four years ago and the gents toilet stank of urin, i did put in a complaint.nWent back again in The last week and it still has the same issue.nSpoke to manager who is left dealing with this complaint regularly from customers while vue wont fix it for him.nMy responce to your reply,nApparently your already aware of the issue as the manager had your maintenance out 4 times claiming to have fixed it. But now you tell him no when he tries to raise it.nWe will not be going to vue cinemas anymore as having spent £45 and dealt with your customer service team im truly shocked at the responces iv recieved from your various forms of contact.
