Vue

We don't go to the cinema all that often but when we do we go here because it's the nearest. Staff we had contact with were helpful and friendly Seats comfortable. Food a bit pricey so we don't bother. Nice enough day out.

Although pre warned went to see greatest showman on screen 12 which was incredibly cold having spent £20 to get there a refund was not for us because it would have cost us that again to get there. Fantastic film but uncomfortable experience. To be prepared via the website would have given us the option of another time or venue. Spoilt a very rare mother daughter day out.

Absolutely useless website. Gives no clear information about what is on at Gunwharf in 3 days time. Indicates there are only 2 films showing. Surely that cannot be right? So, tried the phone number. Even worse as it is purely automatic with hopeless menu choices. Also cannot post this review unless I give it 1 star; it is not worth that.

Although we visit Gunwharf Vue regularly (it's near), the queue for tickets is often unacceptable. They should have one queue and a number of tills to avoid frustration and delays. The lights in the auditorium during a film are too bright and glare throughout the film - particularly on the back rows where we like sitting. And don't get me started on the cost of refreshments... The best part is the cheap prices on a Monday.

The seats and film are good. customer service is shocking!!! if you have vouchers you have to go to the food tills not all of them work!! Long wait as everyone ordering food as well as tickets give yourself a good hour to see the film on busy days parking is atrocious as well as the queues. This was the second time I visited Vue as first time could not get to see the film because of the waiting time at the tills.
