Went to the Vue on Friday,10-45 nice place staff were very friendly and helpful. The guy on the refreshments was quick and professional and the lady who tells you what screen, was great even offered to look after our drinks while we both went to use the toilet. Comfy seats and very clean. Definitely cinema of choice now.
Myself my partner and my son went today and we were in screen 7 it really smelled like poo in there it smelled so bad it made me feel abit sick tbh and then me and my son 7 went to the bathroom and it had so many little black bugs in it there must have been like 30 bugs in one stool. The popcorn tasted burnt and old and the whole experience was honestly disappointing i use to love going to the vue as a teen now its honestly just gross and over priced
Superb sound quality. Very comfortable reclining seats. Clean and rubbish cleared. Enjoyable cinema experience. Would recommend.
Been going to this VUE since I was a child and in the last few years the only things that’s become a bit disappointing is the pricing which has gone up. Cinema trips aren’t affordable instead. Nearly £30 for a 3 person trip is a bit much but the seats are comfortable! If you have o2 Priority worth grabbing the 2 tickets for £9.50 because well it’s way more affordable. Other than that, good cinema, local and I understand the price hike but still what can you do. Cant really complain, good cinema
I went to this cinema to see Fast X. The movie start time was 10:10 pm, I got there as early as possible. Bought popcorn and a drink - the vendor was super nice and helpful. I went in and sat in the cinema hall at 10:10 pm. The movie did not start until almost 11 pm.nnThe cinema spent about 45 minutes advertising all sorts of movies and products that didn't interest me. Also, the popcorn and coke were overpriced. Other than that, the cinema was alright.
