Thank you to the pick n mix man who hand picked eat sweet for us. He assured us we did not need a bag as he held them in his hand. He even went as far as following us to the screening and hand fed us our sweets. True commitment. Very good service

Food is expensive however the snacks selection is good. The tickets are very expensive, however the screens are a good size and good quality. The staff are helpful. The queue's can be ling to get snacks. There is generally a good selection of films available.

Screen 2 is lovely. Snacks are great and it always appears clean however the staff are what do it justice. So friendly and bubbly.

Maybe the most unwelcoming cinema in Britain. Pensioners waiting to pay good money to visit this cinema. What do they find? Escalators closed. Staircases gated off. Why? Cos a jobsworth says the cinema cannot open until 30 minutes ahead of the first film. Shame Cineworld. Apalling service.

It's not just this place, but the cinema has got so expensive these days. I took the family a while back and it cost me more than £30 for three of us. No wonder more and more people are turning to illegal streaming sites. Nothing wrong with this actual cinema though
